Metamorphic Technique
Metamorphosis = Transformation
A simple and profoundly valuable tool whose origins lie in reflexology. The technique involves touching the spinal reflex points on the feet, hands and head which also correspond to prenatal time. The practitioner focuses on providing an environment conducive for self-healing. Whereas people may seek medicine or therapy because they want to be healed of something, they come to the Metamorphic Technique because they want to transform their patterns. It is an empowering tool for enabling people to “get out of their own way”, let go of past limitations and move forwards with their lives. There is no need for diagnosis or analysis as MT helps you to help yourself, to find your own answers. People are often drawn to the technique in times of difficulty of change, such as looking for a new career direction, moving home, divorce, bereavement or illness. Many find that having Metamorphic Technique helps them to cope better during these times and develop an inner strength and greater connectedness with their true nature.
It is very gentle and can be used on people of all ages. It can be especially helpful for pregnant women, who often report easier pregnancies and births and for children. Parents can be shown how to do this at home on their own children. Many children with various chronic disabilities really enjoy and benefit from MT sessions.
Self-destructive patterns and addictions, disempowering relationships and anything that does not serve the individual simply fall away as the person transforms and shifts to a new level of awareness.

Pawel did his apprenticeship in The Metamorphic Technique with Keith Moore -the secretary and teacher of The Metamorphic Association in 2005 and later did further training with the founder of The Metamorphic technique- Gaston St.Pierre. Pawel has fascilitates short workshops on the technique in Poland, India and Turkey.
