About the Practitioner
I believe that everyone has the power to take their health into their own hands.
Everyone has within them an infinite ability to heal themselves.
I will work with you to help you to create a lasting change, looking at the whole picture rather than individual symptoms.
For me, the techniques I use are truly a great support in getting on the path to optimum health, be it mental, emotional or physical.
Through self-discovery and the development of inner authority we can choose to live a life of purpose and boundless joy!
I take my work seriously ( though humour is an important element which I try to incorporate into my sessions) and I am committed to providing an excellent and professional service.
About the practitioner

Pawel Wiacek (RCST,BA Hons, IIHT) has studied various systems of healing from around the world. He trained in Polynesian, Hawaiian and Mexican massage techniques and energy work (Reiki) before completing the Holistic Therapies course (Reflexology, Body Massage and Aromatherapy) at Brighton and Hove City College. Simultaneously, he developed an interest in the Metamorphic Technique and apprenticed as a practitioner with the Metamorphic Association in the same year. He then trained as a Yoga teacher in the Yoga University, Nashik, India. Pawel’s passion for his work drives him to explore new techniques and approaches for enhancing health. He is particularly interested in the link between the mind, the emotions and the physical body and how they operate in unison. His study of theta healing, myofascial release, advance massage techniques and now cranio-sacral therapy (RCST) allows him to work not just with the superficial tensions but to work deeply into the matrix of stress undoing deeper and more ingrained patterns. In his work, he sees himself as a catalyst for transformation and operates from standpoint of his extensive training and intuition, which makes every session a unique experience.
